Fabio Ciasullo
Tec Solution was established from necessity of Fabio Ciasullo to reconcile and realize the union between experience and passion.
Fabio, who is inclined to identify problems and implement the best solution, faces the world of electronics with his first experience in the photocopier / printer sector, and then joins the textile world at Matec company in the end of 90s just as an electronic technician.
Thanks to his initiative and demonstrated skills, he was immediately assigned the role of Transfer Technician. The collaboration in Matec continues until the closing of the company.
Driven by the passion for his work and strengthened by the experience acquired over the years, despite a moment of instability in the sector, he decides to invest in himself and, without worrying about the sacrifices he will have to face, in 2009 he founded TEC SOLUTION - young, dynamic and constantly growing company.
Through the collaboration of former colleagues with mechanical knowledge, Fabio broadens the horizons and begins to visualize a reality capable of providing more complete assistance, a real support team for hosiery factories.
