Fabio Ciasullo
Tec Solution was born from Fabio's will to merge his experience with his passion for technical repairs, with the intention of improving the very concept of assistance.
In the late '90s, Fabio entered the textile world at the Matec company as an electronic technician. Thanks to his natural initiative, he rapidly became a traveling technician (or "field technician"), a role that trained him to identify and solve complex issues directly on-site.
Faced with the cessation of Matec’s activities, during a period of instability for the sector, Fabio did not hesitate. Driven by his passion for his work, he channeled his technical preparation and decided to invest in himself. In 2009, despite the initial sacrifices, he founded TEC SOLUTION.
TEC SOLUTION, however, did not stop at the electronic field: thanks to the collaboration with former colleagues expert in mechanics, Fabio expanded the initial vision. His idea evolved, transforming the company into a team capable of providing complete support to hosiery factories, not only electronic but also mechanical.
Today, TEC SOLUTION’s success is the result of the growth of a team that shares Fabio’s vision and determination. This allows us to provide excellent service and maximum dedication to our customers.
