We have a fully equipped electronics laboratory at our headquarters, specifically dedicated to all your needs for repair, overhaul, and functional restoration.

Our technicians are specialized in working on electronic devices and boards, particularly for Matec, Lonati, and Santoni machines. Our expertise also extends to other models, such as Rosso.

We focus on the repair and regeneration of:

• Electronic Boards: Interventions on boards with any function or characteristic.

• Coaxial Encoders: We perform complete overhauls, restoring the encoder to performance equivalent to new.

• Runner and/or Prima Drives.

 

The reliability and competence of our laboratory are officially recognized: we are an Authorized Service Center for industry leaders such as LGL Electronics and BTSR.

 

To ensure the highest quality, every repair follows a rigorous management process:

Constant monitoring of the processing status of every board or device.

Functional tests and final testing are carried out directly on the machine to verify perfect operation after repair, before the final return to the customer.
